Cancellation, amendments & no-show Policy

If you need to cancel please get in touch as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made.
There will be no charge if you cancel 24 hours or earlier before your scheduled appointment.  
Cancellation and amendments less than 24 hours notice & running late.

Cancellations at short notice are very difficult to re-book so unfortunately there is a charge for late cancellations, amendments and no-shows.
Cancellations, appointment amendments and no-shows less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a £12 charge (including bookings made on the same day as your appointment). 
How this works
If you wish to re-book you must pay in advance via bank transfer with the addition of the £12 fee, only then will the appointment be confirmed.
If you are running late please get in touch as soon as you can, remember that there is often someone else booked in after you so if you are late your session will be shorter or cancelled if over 20 minutes late which would again incur the £12 fee.
Please do not turn up to your appointment more than 5 minutes early, ring the bell when you arrive.
Space in the massage area is limited, it is not suitable for young children, there is no waiting area.
