• Completed the 12 month Level 5  LSSM diploma in soft tissue therapy in 2018

  • Muscle energy techniques, positional release, neuromuscular and soft tissue tissue release 

  • Injury assessment and exercise based rehabilitation 

• Oncology therapist

  • clients that have a cancer diagnosis​

•  Completed Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist levels 1 & 2 in 2019​​

  • Post operative surgery & cosmetic surgery. Lymphatic drainage for clients that have had cosmetic procedures.

• Trained and experienced in the use of Deep Oscillation Electrostatic Therapy.

• Personal trainer. 

• Fully insured by Balens Healthcare insurers.
